Pushmodo is operated by DigitalGods.ai ("DigitalGods.ai," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use the Pushmodo application, website, desktop software, connected services, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

1. Introduction
Pushmodo helps users transform long-form source material, including videos, transcripts, uploaded files, and text prompts, into short-form clips, thumbnails, social posts, public pages, and related output. The Service may also allow users to connect third-party platforms for publishing, importing, workflow automation, and account management.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, and from third-party platforms you choose to connect.

If you connect third-party services such as TikTok, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, or similar platforms, we may receive information associated with those accounts, subject to your permissions and the policies of the connected platform.

- Account identifiers
- Profile metadata
- Channel, page, or publishing permissions
- Content publishing status or related API responses
2.4 API Keys and Workspace Credentials
If you provide API keys or similar credentials for AI or processing providers, we may store and use those credentials to fulfill requests you initiate through the Service.
2.5 Automatically Collected Technical Information
We may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

- Device type and operating system
- Referring URLs
- Pages viewed and actions taken within the Service

- We use those tokens only to support the features you request, such as importing data, checking account status, or publishing content
- We do not sell your OAuth credentials
- We do not use connected account access beyond the scope of the permissions you grant
You may revoke third-party access through the connected platform, through Pushmodo settings if available, or by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including social platforms, AI providers, hosting vendors, analytics-free infrastructure tools, payment processors, transcription providers, storage providers, and other vendors used to operate the Service.
Examples may include:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- AssemblyAI
- TikTok
- X
- YouTube
- Meta platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data handling practices of third-party services.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers and vendors who support operation of the Service
- With third-party platforms when you direct us to publish, transmit, or synchronize content
